Thanksgiving 2017,

Hi Champ,
Another Thanksgiving without you.
I’m trying to convince myself to be grateful for having been with you almost ten years, but it’s tough. I would like to be with you now.
I hope you’ll have a nice one depending where you are. If in Monaco, no celebration for Thanksgiving, just a normal day, but you’re maybe in Palm Desert, so you will for sure enjoy it.
I remember our last Thanksgivings together, at Bighorn, not that I enjoyed the food and you either but it was just fun to have some extra free time with you.
But if you are in Monaco, you have for sure been at “La Foire” on the port. We have been there many times together during the time we lived in Monaco. A little colder than LA, but it’s still fun for kids and for adults too, watching their kids having fun. And did you get to see the Fireworks? For “la fete du Prince” they are always beautiful. This is the beginning of the holiday season leading to Christmas.
As soon as “La Foire” leaves, they will do the Christmas Village, still very nice. It’s probably even nicer now, since the last time we went there together.
I miss you Champ, there are so many things that I would like to do with you.
Each time we are planning a vacation, with Renee my girlfriend and Amelie her daughter, I just would like to have you with us. It will be so much fun with you. Who knows, maybe in the future we can do it.
